Rear Spoiler

OK folks heres the deal. My rear spoiler is pealing the clear off.!? The rest of my paint (red) is in good shape but now the spoiler is all blotchy. What do I do now? Take it somewhere and have them try to match older paint? Any help is much appreciated.
