I'm looking into buying an original set of floor mats for my 82' Z. The guy who is selling them is asking 45$. Is that a good deal or not. The mats are brand new still in the box. Thanks guys

 

Get them!! If they are new in box, $45 is cheap but are they all 4 mats or just the front 2?

If they are just the front 2, offer $35 and I bet he bites.

Yeah you definitely want to get those. I tried to get a set for my firebird a few years back, and they have been discontinued through GM since '92. The parts guy thought he could get them, but when they came in the ended up being 4th gen mats.

I have a set of those cruddy rubber Walmart mats that i use daily, and I only have the factory mats exposed on nice weekends with the top down...figure i can preserve the irreplaceable factory mats a little longer.
