Convertible Leaks

After a couple of weeks of searching I finally found the leak that was flooding ( and I mean flooding! ) my trunk, it is the convertible tonneau hatch. When it rains or I wash the car water just pours in around the weatherstipping. This water flows into my trunk and interior, worst of all it all wets my tonneau release wiring ( which is probably why it started acting up ). So where can I get this weatherstripping? Can the tonneau also be adjusted to help it fit better?

Call Thomas *** at House of Camaro out here in CA. He has an '89 'vert he described as being in excellent shape that he is parting out. I know the top is gone, but he may still have the tonneau cover so you can grab the seal or the entire tonneau if you desire. His number is (800)460-6789. Write it down somewhere. Good luck, Lon. PS: It's lt. blue metallic, (I know 'cuz I bought the spoiler.)

Wow I made this post a long time ago. I just periodically put Vaseline on the weatherstripping and it hasn't leaked again.

Yeah, I was wondering why those sigs were showing up, because I have sigs turned off. They're from way back in the day!

Hey Jza, does turning off sigs help a lot with loading times? Does it work really good?
