200 MPH Speedo for 1990-1992 cars

To make a long story short, I just wanted to know if there is anybody interested in 200 MPH speedo's for 1990-1992 cars. Granetelli Motor Sports told me that I needed ten orders for them to produce any. I think the market would be there for them, thats just me though.

For which car, camaro or Firebird?

If it is for Firebird, I know it would work for all of them with a V8 from I think 85+. I am positive for 87-92 cars. You need the electronic controlled speedo. As long as you do not have the non-gage IP in Firebirds, from 87-92 they are the same.

The dash with all the little circles and 2 big circles with no gages used a cable, instead of the electronic speedo for several years.

Hey 921LE...I sent you an email...I am very interested....Im guessing by your name that you mean for Camaros. About how much will they cost? I am however definetly down for one...with my new engine...a new speedo will definetly be nice. Let me know if this goes through.

I'd be very interested if they will work in my 89 you said 90-92 but they changed the shape of the gauges in 91 not 90 so ?????? what do they look like. If I can see a picture I'll pay upward to 150 for them.

Sorry man,but the only way jegs/summit has them for our car is the cyberdyne digital guages and there well over $150 or you can make yourself a custom set up with some seperate guages.....

I thought Autometer made universal 5" 200 mph speedo's that will fit in the guage cluster (or maybe I saw it in a custom guage cluster). But yeah, I would be interested.

They didnt change the gauges in 91, it was 90. So it wouldnt work for your 89.

Okay, you guys called me on it, I ment 90-92 Camaros, not that I have anything against our cousin the firebird. The gauges were changed in 1990 to the analog half-moon kind. 1990 IROC's are rare as hell, I dig them. Yes I could go all David Hasselhof with my **** and be the knight rider, but no thanks. They would only be for 90-92 V8 cars. We could probably get them made with white and black faces for you stock lookin guys. The cost, I have no idea, I have learned that if you have to ask, you cant afford it. When I get ten people who say, Chris, I want a 200 MPH speedo, and have the cash, I'll call Granetelli back. I would look at retail for Granetelli's speedo's for the fourth gens for a price guide...........
