Headliner help needed.

It's falling down. The fabris seems to be seperating from the foam. The (yellow) foam looks to be very dried out and brittle. should I just take it down and leave it or can I fix the old one.

Your headliner is history, they can not be
repaired only replaced. However; if you don't
care how it looks, well use staples.

Okay...well I have a mint gray headliner...just that the cloth is ripped. It is for my t-top TA. I want to just recover it black...I dont see any sence in just going out and buying a whole new one when I can just recover it. I mean if the board itself is all ripped up...then by all means get a new one...but if it is just the cloth like mine I would just get it recovered or just do it yourself.

Woops..sry I didnt read it...definitely go get a new one. My previous one in my other TA was like that...you are much better off either buying a new one...or looking in the junk yards for one in good condition which can be recovered to suit your needs.
