1987 Fog Lights won't light

Axle/Gears: Borg Warner 3.42 G92 Option
1987 Fog Lights won't light
Hi all,
Brand new member here, I bought a 1987 IROC 305, 5spd manual with 118,000 miles and love it. I just bought 2 new fog light lamps figuring the old ones burned out , replaced them then turned on my low beams and the fog lights won't work. Any suggestions on what my next step should be to solve this problem? Would really appreciate the help.

What did your problem end up being? My Iroc had an issue that ended up being a relay then a fuseable link
