New guy with a few questions
New guy with a few questions
Hey guys new to the forum. I have an 1988 Firebird with a 350 engine. The crank is "Turn 10"
Roller Cam.* Medium Performance
Bored "30 over"
Forge Pistons,
original throttle body, rebuilt tranny, with a street shift kit.
I've owned it for ten years and recently started getting some parts replace3d. Radiator, Front struts, wheel cylinders, drums, shoes, rotors turned and cut, tightened up the tilt steering, new AC, stabilizer links, and few other minor things. My question is this. The front air dam is gone. I have been around the board and read various posts about this issue. My question is this. Can by looking at my pics you tell me what parts I am missing? I feel I'm missing a couple other parts in relation to the air dam area. Thanks for any help.

Two more pics. What is the red "block" looking thing in the front of pic #2. Downloaded the service manual for the 88 Firebird but did not see it.

Not sure what all you're missing for the air dam, but the block with red overspray on it looks to be part of your bumper reinforcement.

There is a black plastic piece that goes up at an angle to force the air the dam grabs into the radiator. It has triangle sides and a slot for the brace.
