need help identifying hub

my 89 gta has this round metal hub on the front wheels but ive never seen them before and my rear wheels don't have them.
someone stole my center caps and im just now noticing these
what are they?
and can I get some for the back?
I sorta like how they look over the center cap

dust/grease caps. Rears don't have them as they are 1pc axles with bearings inside axle tibe. Not on a spindle snout with a wheel hub
