Another t-top leak question(please read)

okay, i finally got my interior dry after the heck of a storm we had thursday night. Like i had mentioned before, I have 3 leaks. One the is dripping over my left leg while driving, one the drips on the passenger rear seat, and one that somehow fills my floor board with water. This is a question for anyone that has had those leaks, could all these leaks just be caused by my center bar? I have tried to track down the culprit(besides gm that is , does anyone knwo if i can re-seal that bar without ruining my current weatherstripping? The stripping seems to be in great shape everywhere. I am going to seal like crazy tomorrow, just wondered if anyone wanted to share any stories on how they fixed the pos t-top leak without new stripping. I will be getting that soon, but funds only permit so much at a time, most of my money is going to getting the front end re-done. So anyone that can help please do so

I used black RTV on mine. It should work if you can find out where the actual leak is. Just put it on thin, and smooth it out.
