Location of Wiring in Ceiling

Hi,

Before I can get a new headliner installed, I want to staple the current fabric back in place (I know, totally ghetto). But I don't want to hit one of the wires up there that go to the dome light. Anyone know where the wires go ? From the dome do they go straight forward? Diagonal to a corner ? It's an 88 GTA.

Thanks

In the Camaro, the wiring comes up the A pillar, along the front of the windshield to the mirror, and then straight back.

Thanks, Where is the A pillar ? Is it in the ceiling? Do I only have to worry about straight back from the mirror to the dome light ?

The A-pillar is the part that runs along side the windshield, in front of the door. Ya know, basically they hold the front of the roof up.

If you are gonna staple, just be careful in the very middle and at the edge on the driver's side.

Times like this I wish I had a digital camera, as my interior is gutted right now.
