I love the way the 4 gen interior dome light fades when the doors are closed or alarm is set.

anyone know where i can pick up that relay? part #? loc. in car?

It'd be cool to have my 3rd GEN interior light do that.

This is an article that shows you how to make the setup. If it's a little confusing, hopefully you have a nearby friend that's an electrian or electrical engineer. I'm sure he/she could help you figure it out.

Oh, and this topic was discussed a few months back under "theatre lighting" so you might want to search for that. I believe there was another way to do this that might have been easier.

 

I have been trying to find some free time to build that circuit, and I think I finally found some. I am going to an electronics supply place later on today to pick up the parts to build that circuit. I'll let you guys know how it comes out. If it works, I might be able to sell them to you guys if you dont feel like putting it together. I'm sure they will be really cheap, the parts wobnt cost much. I'll keep you guys posted.

That would be awsome I had a site to a place that sold the circut for it but it had an 8 sec. delay. I wanted like a 2 or 3 sec delay.
Keep use posted I would get in on it if I havent already figured out how.
