i bought a set of hood strut supports from autozone 2-3 years ago with limited lifetime warranty, and now they are starting to give out. went to exchange them, and they have no record of me purchasing them, and state they only have a 90 day warranty anyway. their website has mighty lifts @ 1 year and sachs @ lifetime warranty, i dont remember the brand i purchased, but they were neither of those two brands. anyone else have this problem? i wouldnt have paid the $19.99/each for them if they didnt come with lifetime warranty, i would have got them at rock auto for the $8/each. also does anyone know what brand autozone would have carried 2-3 years ago that had lifetime warranty?
