can center caps be secured

can center caps be secured
is there anyway that the centercaps on my rims be rigged so that they cant fly off or be stolen like they were before i got new ones???

A small bead of silicone around the inner lip of the wheel center will keep the caps from flying off while driving.... but if somebody wants to steal them, though, there isn't really much you can do to stop them.
