Does anybody else feel the way I do??? I open the Car and Drivers that I get and it makes me want to cry whenever I see the new cars that they are comming out with!! I dont really understand why they scrapped the old designs in the first place. Car companies would make millions upon millions if they brought back the musclecar designs from years ago. I mean come on- the new Monte Carlo is a disgrace- a V6??? Come on, in the 80's, they knew what a good ole V8 was. Where is the automotive industry headed?????????

Yeah man, I feel your pain. These new designs are getting more and more rediculous. For once, they should listen to the consumers and bring back the muscle car full force!

Heres a clue for the cluess, they are listening to consumers, sadly YOU, RICE boys and other enthusit don't make up the margin they need. Rice rockets will be said to learn that Honda Civics have gotten even more pathic in 2002 focusing on women as their main buyer. GM sees small SUVs and Trucks as thier big seller, selling them to upper middle class families. Ford also agress with this trend. A second trend is the current youth group who isn't rice aren't buying muscle cars, they are buyoign the small trucks like s-10 and ranger, the sport truck, like the nscar trucks is a popular trend. Its all figures. And the facts are in, their isnt' enough of us and our money going in to keep them making those kinds of cars. And why are you complaing? Do you not own a 3rd gen? You clearly haven't bought a new car recently and aren't planing on buying a new car are you?
