well thats just it,i have all the bolts out except the 2 in the back part, how do i get to them?? and will they fit my 84 with no problems??

 

You must remove the interior sail panels from the area just behind the door striker. Their is a nut that holds them in place.If your '84 is like my '82 Z28. The ground effects are different at the rear most attachment point. But you could simply drill the hole at the same location,and bolt them on. That is what I would do.
