How high are our cars normally off the ground?

How high are our cars normally off the ground?
If I got get a ruler and place one edge on a flat level ground and line it up along side, what shoudl the hiegth read with gfx, if I have the stock 15inch tires?

Car: 1992 pontiac firebird
Engine: 305 tbi
Transmission: 700r4
Measured from the ground to the top of the wheel arch, front 26 1/2" rear 28". That's with 245/60 15 tires. Yours may be different with different tires.
