I've got new leather seats, what should I do to take care of them and keep them like new?

Two words... Zaino Showcar Polish... well, okay 3 words
www.zainobros.com sells the best quality polishes you can buy, just check any other Vette Camaro or any other enthusiast show and shine board... rated #1 all over.
by the way zaino goes a LONNNG way you don't need too much of it.
Good luck
