I believe you have something more serious than an "alignment" problem. It appears to me that the car has been damaged for the gaps to be that far out.

In any case, it won't be a job for a novice.

There's something out of whack, but I think it might be only the fender. Probably bent in from poor jacking. You might be able to just Straighten the fender, but I think you will probably want to take off the bumper cover and see what's going on under there.
Look behind the fender and see if the brackets are bent. Look at the rear lower mounting bolt of the fender at the pinch weld, that's prob where it's bunged up.

Check in the inside to see if there is any dents or folds on the front end radiator support. If there is then it may of had a wreck. Also if the po tried to jump a dip and came down hard on the front wheels‚ them there may be damage to the unibody. What year is it? I got a service manual that provides the measurements from certain points in the undercarriage. Measuring these sections will determine if you have serious body warpage.

Yeah you may have some damage under there how does the bumper fit to the other fender it looks as if the bumper is to low and there is some adjustment so you may be able to loosen the bumper and move it up
