Here are all of the genuine GM part #`s:
12392848 UPPER hinge assembly L/R side. $57.19.
20314680 LOWER body side hinge strap Right side $28.50
20314681 LOWER body side hinge strap Left side $28.50
12525127 LOWER door side hinge strap Right side $28.50
12525126 LOWER door side hinge strap Left side $28.50
The interesting thing about our cars, is that to replace the UPPER Hinge assembly or the LOWER door side hinge strap, they must be drilled/cut off the door. I have done this TWICE and believe me, you don`t want to do it!
Because of this, I have developed an UPPER hinge replacement pin and bushing set. So instead of replacing the entire UPPER hinge assembly, you can now replace only the worn out hinge pins and bushings. It can usually be done in around two hours.
For more info go to www.3rdgensolutions.com
Go to "tech pages" and check out what an ordeal this would be if you followed the GM method. Then compare the system I have developed, and see if you think I have a better solution?
Thanx,ANDYZ28
