Attaching spoiler & blisters q's

This weekend I should have my car back from getting painted. Two quick questions:

When I put the spoiler back on, what should I do or use to make sure no water gets in the holes?

Do the 91-92 power blisters mount to the hood using the same nuts as the 85-90 louvers? If not what sort of nuts do I need?

TIA

To answer ONE of your questions: to seal the holes I would use 100% silicone (clear), mask off the area where you do not want to get any silicone...wipe up with your finger

GM used what appears to be permatex to seal the studs and holes to prevent water leakage.
