WINNER of the new car contest pix inside

I was driving down Dort Highway list night & had to go back to get my camera. Its a 2002 Collectors edition T/A. Told by the dealer that it was a limited production run of ONLY 2000 cars. All to be yellow.

drool drool drool

<p align="center"><img border="0" src="http://www.usol.com/~okfoz/images/4thgen/2002collectors/side.jpg" width="661" height="223"></p>
<p align="center"><img border="0" src="http://www.usol.com/~okfoz/images/4thgen/2002collectors/frontleft.jpg" width="668" height="343"></p>

<p align="center"><img border="0" src="http://www.usol.com/~okfoz/images/4thgen/2002collectors/front.jpg" width="544" height="388"></p>

<p align="center"><img border="0" src="http://www.usol.com/~okfoz/images/4thgen/2002collectors/seat.jpg" width="361" height="279"></p>

I like the wheels & am thinking about doing it to my car.

Looks like to me they stole my idea for the yellow embroidery on the dark seat...

Well, on-line car show is no different than a real one. The first car show I entered was heavily dominated by 'Vettes (sponsored by a corvette club, no mystery there). My car was lumped into a 90 and newer category. Guess which car won? A Z06 that probably had it's first car wash. What a disincentive that is to bother showing up at all.

This is not in conjunction with the other on-line car show thread currently active. This is for 2002 models, sorry for the confusion...

I dont really care for it. The graphics dont do much for me, and I've never really liked black wheels, and the bumper is painted black. Just my 2 cents

If it didn't have the Pep Boys stripe package, I'd really, really like it.

I don't think so. For $39,000 it had better wipe my rear also. It sucks that back in the day, Yenko's, Nickey, and COPO were expensive for their time, but were not considered "Collectors's Edition" vehicles. Now, if you want something that may be valuable someday when were dead, the dealers know it, and rack up the price. All I see is a Yellow Firebird with some black paint splattered on the side. It is not made to go any faster than any other Ram Air Firebird. Nope, not fro $39K.

by me those cars are very common, in fact when it was first unvailed the dealership was selling them for the exact same price as a fully loaded ws6 ta. i'm sure they are more expensive now though.

If I had $39000 to spend, it would be on a HSV GTS. Go to http//www.hsv.com.au
For $44000 I would save for the rest.
