Driver side quarter replacement?

I've got an 84' Z28 thats got a banged up driver side rear quarter. And I'd really like to get it fixed the right way by having a new quarter put on. Originally I had thought I would do this myself, but I've been working far too much to dig into something that involved right now and would really like to have most of the body squared away, except paint, by mid summer. And due to my lack of time, and a welder I don't see it happening with me doing the work since I'd be learning as I go.

So, my question is, has anyone had a quarter replaced? And if so about what did it run roughly, not including paint?

Or if you're near the Northwest Ohio area and you're a good body guy and you'd like to take it on, how much would you charge to replace a quarter panel?

I know I'm going to end up sinking alot into this car, but I really do love it and have some decent plans for it to make a nice fun street performer that can carve its way around a road course.
