Rear window leaking
The rear window on my '86 trans am leaks and I'm trying to figure out how to fix it.
Water comes in from the lower corners, or at least that's how it looks from inside the car. I have applied silicone to the corners but it didn't help.
Previous owner has drilled small holes on the floor so the water doesn't build up inside the car but IMO this is a stupid fix..
I gotta fix the leak AND the floor..

Re: Rear window leaking
1) Spoiler to decklid area.
2) Height adjusters/corners too high.
3) Sealant between deck/glass at the edges.

I already gave it a new seal with black silicone sealant. Should I have used something else?
Even after 3 days of drying in the sun it's still a bit sticky and all the pollen attaches to it.
Otherwise the seal works quite well but the fact that it's bright yellow from pollen is annoying.
And it doesn't wash away easily either, and too much rubbing will break the seal.
