My firebird I bought last November came complete with "special edition" decales on the A pillars and I cannot find any information about this anywhere. Not even with vin decoding. So if anyone knows aything about this and could help with information about what this means? That would be great. I'm only curious because I don't have the heart to "murder" a car that's "special" or "rare" and because I don't know what it is, I don't know what it is I do want to tear out the interior or change the paint before I figure it out. No. Its pretty obvious its factory stickers in person. But the only thing Ifound about a special edition firebird was a matell hotwhell for sale on ebay. I may call pontiac historical.

 

The only special edition firebird in 89 was the turbo trans am. I've got to agree with the previous poster, sorry.

 

So I can change things and not feel guilty about it. Good news.

 

86 was the last year of the SE.

 

there are a number of plastic pieces that as a whole act to cool your car. if ANY ONE of them is missing .....well you know the rest. go to "hawksthirdgen" and order the pieces that youre missing . and all will be well.
