Hood pins SS stop shaking at high MPH?

I have an SS hood on my iroc. I love the way it looks but the thing shakes and scares me like it will fly open at 70+mph. Ive been thinking about ditching the hood for a stock 91-92 but I really dont want too. My question is, will hood pins on the corners help this or am I fighting a loosing battle with the fiberglass hood? My SS hood is functional so air is coming in which might not be helpinmg the shaking. Would it help to block of the air coming in?

Yes they will help I have the same hood and pinned it. If it's painted or you plan to paint it that shaking can make the hood flex and will crack the paint.

Its already painted. It shakes horribly at 70 plus. I really dont wanna get a different hood. I think I will try the aerolatch . Looks cool and locks if need be. Im also thinking of removing the hood hinge ( the part that locks) but keeping the latch. A friend did that and I really liked it. Less weight also
