Mine did. It sounded like a log wagon on pot hole infested roads. I also had a persistent shaking at 65-70MPH that was present through different tires, wheels, rear ends, engines transmissions etc.
What fixed all this? Door hinges. Yep, they say how important they are to the vehicles stability and I can attest to it. I just rebuilt my uppers and lowers, made a repair or two to my window regulator and put new door seals on and now my car rides much better. And the shaking is gone too. I couldn't believe how much difference it made. The car is more "solid" and pleasant to drive again.

Sway Bar end link kits and Mount Bushings help A LOT too.

If you are planning to replace them all your budget should be around $5-600. I bought the "rebuild" kits through Summit for around $15 per side. You won't find them by looking up your car. Search Dorman RNB 38401. Hawks also has a kit for $75 per side. If you can swing it go for the Hawks kit as it appears to be higher quality. The Dorman kit worked ok for me but it has shorter upper pins which end up bending the hinge straps a little. It works but I think the Hawks kit is better.
Also important is the door seals, bumpers and strikers.
