What exactly do you need? If you're referring to the plastic pieces that cover the gap inside the fender over the front wheels.There's not much to them, they're held on by push pins on the fender side & screws on the wheel well side.

It may, depends too on how wide your tires are.Its almost impossible for them not to rub.Even with stock sizes there is some rubbing issues.Mine have holes rubbed thru on both rear portions.

The size of the diameter of the wheel is not the problem.
Putting the wrong size tire on that wheel would be the problem.
Concerning the overall diameter .
Now, how wide the 18 inch wheel is can play a roll even with the right size tire on that wheel.
