Need help identifying what hardware is needed

My car was taken apart about 10 years ago. I'm getting to the final stages of getting all of the body pieces together and i need help identifying what hardware is needed.

1st is what's needed to install the filler panel around the hood latch. It looks like the front 4 holes attach using the bolts that hold the bumper to the headlight support. Then the other holes appear to use the plastic push pins. Could someone confirm?

2nd is the Air Dam that directs air to the radiator. I'm not sure what 4 fasteners and/or clips connect it to the bumper on the bottom.

Thanks!

The filler panel uses the same screws in the front as the center screw on the bumper.Looks like you already have the screws attached. If so, just 're-install with the filler already inplace.Push pins is correct, as well in the center hole.
As for the airdam, it goes under the rad support with five sheet metal 10mm screws right into the support, no clips.Though I think you're referring to something else by the pic.
