Front bumper crash repair question/s

Alright. So there's really two questions to this. I've got what looks like four screw studs on my bumper. Two on each side. I say looks like because you can kind of see threads but not really. Is it possible to knock those out and replace them with regular studs.
Also there area some lower stud bolts that I can see yet again without nuts. Now the plates I'm fairly sure I could get the studs into and nuts on. However on this passenger side there is a what I'm going to call an impact brace. Basically looks like one piece of metal bent into the shape of two boxes. Well this piece appears to be a pancake now. Do they make a reproduction piece of this?

JK, those two screws you see are actually part of the reinforcement bar that goes across the front end to the other fender.they can't be banged out.

These are the studs im asking about knocking out. They go between the fender and the bumper.

I found my answer trying to find a picture of the thing. It's the front impact bar. Here's what that piece is supposed to look like.

Re: Front bumper crash repair question/s

Thank you manta. It appears I have some parts sourcing and rebuilding to do. I'm hoping I can cut new threads on to those studs for the speed nuts. Those studs are pretty smooth already.

You probably need a replacement(if that's bent or deformed).Check the "Parts For Sale" thread.
