Erg...not good.
Erg...not good.
Would anyone be annoyed if whenever they wanted or needed to go somewhere they had to first unlock the passenger side door, crawl in and reach over to the driver side door and open it from the inside? Or just leave your window down all the time?
Well I'm having that problem right now, and honestly I have no clue as to what I should do! I know that I have to take the door panel off and all but....what's next?
Also since I'm on the subject of taking door panels off, my passenger side window doesn't roll down but an inch or to before making this *** awful machine gun noise.
Any suggestions or hints will be appreciated.

Sounds like you couls use some grease (I prefer aerosol white lithium myself) on just aobut everything that moves in your doors (probably wouldn't hurt spraying in your lock cylinders either if the key is feeling 'sticky' when you put it in).
Cleaning the moving parts would be better, but fresh grease is better than none. Just my opinion tho,, I could be worng.

This happened on my mom's firebird except it was on the passenger side. It sounds like the lock rod has popped off. To fix it the door panel has to come off and it takes time to get it off without damaging it. After you get the panel off you should be able to look in one of the holes in the door and see the lock cylinder. There should be two rods running to it. I THINK that the top rod is the lock rod. That could be it but it may not be that complicated. I was gonna fix my moms but due to my great driving I owe her a new passenger door and fender. Try that< not the door repalcing but the door panel removal and see if you can fix it.

Thanks alot Stinger, that's all that it really was and only took me about an hour or so to complete. And it wasn't complicated at all...all except taking the door panel off without messing anything up.
Once again, thanks
