Power lock question...

Hi guys,

My power locks still work but you have to hit the button 5 or 6 times to get them to move all the way to the locked or unlocked position. Sure this is a common problem with 30 year old cars but what causes this? The actuator gone weak or does the whole system need a good lube job? Suggestions welcome....

Re: Power lock question...

A good cleaning and lube of the rods and latches is a start.
