88 firebird front bumper !

HI ive read the sticky dont realy cover my isue .in the center of the car the part that meets the hood has adent in it not split craked just dented how do you fix this

Heat gun - carefully. You will need to push up on the dent from underneath when it is warm and hold it there until it cools. Ice works for that.
