Yes. It's quite easy actually; if you take off the trim piece that covers it, you'll see about 4 nuts that hold it on.
Make sure you get it sealed up perfectly when you put it back on!! It's a PITA when it leaks. DON'T use silicone, you may regret it later; use windshield sealer, the kind that comes in a coil in a thin square cardboard box.

Yes, the only difference would be the holes for spoilers or wings. Also some decklids are set up for the rear wiper, so you could add that option if you wanted (though I don't know why you would)
