Not sure what you are looking for.
The c&c ttops have NO common elements with factory they are different in every way.

Re: C&C tops
I know the t-tops themselves are different alkng with the headliner, and pillars, I'm wondering what all, outside of the t-tops, are different. What all else did C&C make different from the factory cars

Everything!
Everything they used is different from factory. There are no common parts in/on the car or the tops that interchange between the two.
I don't know how those who've already responded or I could make that more clear.

Re: C&C tops
I understand the T-Tops and it's pieces are not at all the same, what I'm asking for are the other pieces, like, are the pillar covers the same as factory or not, I know the headliner isn't a factory t-top headliner, obviously C&C didn't build their own car from the ground up so where does their changes stop, cuz it's not just the T-Tops, that's what I'm asking.

They were a different size (x & y) than factory, so everything associated with them is different.
Seals, trim, headliner as previously stated, all different.

Re: C&C tops
They took a hardtop and cut two openings for the t tops. The associated trim pieces to hide the cuts are of their own design or were modified pieces.

The screws/fasteners that held in the a- pillar trim pieces were the same as were the clips that held in the headliner.

Re: C&C tops
As stated, the C&C tops are a different size. They cut out the roof and riveted in a frame. They used a hardtop headliner and cut out the ttop sections. The A pillar trim pieces are hardtop ones that were trimmed. The caps at the top of the A and B pillars are unique. The seals are also unique. Order from Hawks or sunroof doctor. There is also a front and rear metal trim piece on the roof that is unique.
