If you can send me one of the UPPER kits I will gladly pay you for it. But I think you will find that the UPPER kit will not work.

All of the UPPER dor hinge kits that I have seen (exept mine) are merely Lower pin and bushings. That's what happened when I bought the repair kit that was suggested by another member.

But I would be happy to see their kit.

Thanx,ANDYZ28

My driver side door sagged a bit when I first bought my car. Remedy? A car jack and a block of wood.

I purchased two kits from Andy, havent installed them yet, but the kit is very complete, and the quality of the materials is first class.
If you are going to do something, then do it properly.

Cheers

Richard

it says you have to replace the bushing before the pin is damaged.there are no pins just the bushings.

I don't think they will be of much help to you. I measured the diminsions of new GM bushings. Heae they are:

LOWER door hinge bushings GM part# 20429500 ID .354"/OD .419"

UPPER bushings are right around ID .600"/OD .712" I have to estimate the original GM UPPER hinge bushing diminsions. Because I have newer seen any that were not worn completely out. But I am not off by more than .004". The replacement bushings that I provide are thicker and stronger than the original GM upper bushings.

Odd that they would sell the bushings without the pins. You could always get a replacement LOWER door hinge pin from GM part# 20043351. But I know of no place to get the UPPER door hinge pins & bushings except from me. www.3rdgensolutions.com

I hope these GM part #s will be of some help.

Thanx,ANDYZ28
