Re: post curing hood
Post curing is the process in composite manufacturing where the part is baked in an oven after molding. This keeps the part from warping or changing shape when exposed to heat like the sun.
I have never seen a manufacturer say that that the USER should post cure it, kind of like advertising that they don’t make them their products properly.
It’s going to be difficult for you to post cure a hood yourself. It’s a big part for a oven. Also post cure is ideally supposed to be done while the part is still in the mold so the shape does not distort.
You would need to build a sunnpowered oven and a support rack for the process.
Plus you will have to find out what temperature the resin cures at.
Personally, I would contact the company and find out why they aren’t post curing their own parts.

Re: post curing hood
As the other post said or I'd find a different vendor for my new hood.
