91 RS Project

Hey guys. I'm James.

I have a roller just sitting at my house for years, that I intend to work on! I've had an 82 and an 86 before, and these are my favorite cars. I'm about to disassemble the front to see if there's any structural damage, and if so, if it can be easily repaired.

"Wash Me"

Most of that fungus will probably come off with a pressure washer, just be careful the paint doesn't blast off.

It's a neglected project car, I think a car wash is not on top of the list.

It's much more pleasant working on a clean car. Usually it's the lowest hanging fruit that makes the most difference. How can you tell what you've got if it's covered in moss?

Carry on.

Personally, I'd wash it before doing anything else.

Me too, that thing's covered in algae. I would worry about getting an infection when they're that dirty.

Re: 91 RS Project

It's a quick, easy spruce-up to give it a bath. I'd feel better starting with that.
