Ok so I’m looking for metal parts and either new or used but not finding what I need. I know the inner floor board in the front is a tie board or floor pan but the out part where the lower front fender bolts is called what? The floor pan and rocker mate up to it ? Thanks in advance. I call junk yards and they get confused as to what I’m talking about.

For my 92 it's called "lower front end panel deflector" I think. It's the only place to remove a bolt from the forward most lower part of the fender and that's how it's described.
