Repair or Replace Ground Effects

I have not dealt with ground effect issues like this before. The car is a 1984 Trans Am with the Aero Package. The front portion has damage and I don't know if it's repairable. One of the issues is that these are difficult to locate as they are not very common. Thoughts?

Anything's "repairable" with the right amount of time and money. I've had good results just using Bondo fiberglass repair kits on ground effects.

this is from an 82-84 trans am, all paint is removed, assuming it's the same

(edit: in looking closer at your pics I dont think it's the same, sorry)

Unfortunately my part is not fiberglass. It appears to be urethane
