Anyone know if this is repairable? If so where can I find a new piece? Bought the car from the previous owner like this. It still has the metal “mount” attached to the door. I’m assuming the door was sagging and clipped it on the side skirt and ripped off. Please let me know. I hate looking at it missing.

It's the ground effects. You can replace it. Junkyard is a good starting point.

The metal piece is part of the old ground effect that broke off. You'll need to remove it to install the replacement piece.
