I am trying to get mine off. I removed the black rubber strip from around the outside of the windshield, but it still seems to be quite firmly attached somehow.. help!

Sorta a pain not to break it while removing but, if you want to try anyways get a piece of piano wire from the local glass shop about 1 1/2 foot section. Take off the dash pad, A pillar moldings and the piece of plasitc that is in the cowl to keep leaves etc out. Use a pick to make a hole from the inside by the A pillar and push the wire through. Get two pair of vise grips out and put one on each end of the wire. Use it as a saw to cut the Urethane around the entire windsheild. Putting it back in is simple but requires two or more people. Simply clean all urethane off windshield and pinch weld that window rests on. Get a tube or two of window urethane and use a caulking gun to apply a liberal amount on. Put windshield on and the outter trim on. Use two inch tape on roof to windsheild to keep it from sliding down. Make sure not to close the doors without a window down or else the force of air creates air to go out through the urethane between the windsheild and car which makes a leak.
