Hello all. I am sure this has been discussed before but after searching numerous threads, I cannot find the info I am looking for. I want to refinish the wheels on my T/A but I can't find a paint code (WA) for the lower color. It's a W62 Black and gold car. RPO 55P indicated gold wheels. Does anyone know the WA number to mix the paint?

 

For those that care. Here is what I tracked down. RPO 55P is for Gold painted wheels with W62. Vehicle is code 19 black upper color. Code 55 is called Goldwing. WA 7568. Hope this might help others.

What was the factory finish of these 1984 gold wheels? Were they just painted or was there also clear coat on them?

 

They were clear coated.
