Pretty easy to change without taking the door apart, 1A auto has a video. Not that expensive either.

The question is whether it’s the cause. Does the window fit nice and snug? What kind of shape is the weatherstrip in? I had a pretty good air leak from the driver side triangle, replacing it cured it.

That will likely cure what ails it then. Check rock auto and 1A they both have the part, I would get the pair and just change out both sides. Use a little black permatex adhesive to seal it on the top, also a little Dawn dish soap and water on the part that slides in the door will ease installation a lot and help bottom it out for best fit.

If that doesn’t cure it, the how to section on here has an article on how to adjust the windows. I haven’t adjusted them before but I have a feeling new weatherstrip will cure your issue.
