in search of a front fender or bottom part of it

Hi guys,
I'm searching the bottom part for my front fender (passenger side) or even a complete fender. Rust free and in good shape. See the picture of mine... I'm actually repairing the support on the car side but my friend who help me says it could be time saver and easier to find a rust free part than bend a new one. I'm living in France, and shipping for new parts on shop like rockauto cost an arm. Someone nice on Facebook proposed me that part but according the pics, it's like a younger version of mine rusty and twisted certainly for same reason: bad leverage manipulation someday, and too expensive for a piece of sheet metal so I'm searching something in better shape. If you have both side, maybe someday I'll have to do the driver side, so for same shipping it could worth it...

Let me know if someone can help me. Thank you.

That would be called "front fender heel" by the patch panel companies.
