Swapping ground effects from 91-92 Camaro to 1988 Camaro

Can the 1991-1992 Ground effects just be bolted onto the 1986-1990 Camaros? I'm not looking to change the door or the rear ground effects just the front and side spoilers.

I'm sure the question has already been asked but i cannot find anything in the forums.
