I am very sure it is mirror to mirror..
In order to take off the mirror you need to take off the door panel etc.. and the remote mirror is harder to remove too...
Even then you'll only have a couple inches max on each side and it will be tight..the doors bow out.so consider that. Im guerssing the car itself is like 69-70 inches overal ldoor to door.
