Need Upper Door Trim

Upper Molded plastic door trim for both doors needed. This is what inner door panels attach to. The plastic Tabs that have attaching nuts are broken off. Trying to think of a decent way to form some '****' since this is all that's wrong. Any help appreciated.

Re: Need Upper Door Trim

One "fix" that you'll never see after it's installed is to just use aluminum duct tape to hold the rail on to the back side of the cardboard before it's installed. Should hold the rail on the cardboard fine as long as you're careful handling it before the install. Once the door panel is back on the car, the top rail will clip to the door itself, and the trim panel clips will hold the cardboard on. Only thing that sucks is it's not a permanent fix -- you'll have to redo it every time the door panel is taken off.

I'd consider new door panel assemblies if they were closer to the originals, but they're not even close for my cars.
