On fitment - I'm not 100% sure but I assume that it should fit and bolt on the same.
On looks - there are differences. 2 major differences that come to mind are ...
92 has a chin spoiler that I don't think earlier cars had. And that chin spoiler will have the "ground effects" just in front of each front wheel - you'll be missing the matching "ground effect" side skirts under the doors (unless you can get them from a 91/92 car also).
92 Z28 hood should have blister dimples and blisters (same general shape as the earlier louvers on hoods) that was only present in 91 and 92. I'm no expert on what years had the louver hoods either - maybe your 85 has louvers? And I don't know if louvers and blisters are interchangeable ... so you may or may not be able to keep (if you have) louvers and put on the 91 blister hood.
