Spoiler hardware and insulation piece?

Wondering if there’s any where to get the stock mounting hardware for the rear spoiler to the deck lid? Missing all the nuts and I’m assuming washers and some of the studs. Tried searching the forums but came up empty on a bunch of dead end threads. Also wondering if there was anything between the spoiler itself and the deck lid, saw a few threads mention an “insulation piece” but again they were dead ends.
The spoiler was removed when I got my Camaro, as the previous owner was horribly “prepping for paint” or from the looks of it, removing random trim pieces and spraying rattle can primer with his eyes closed.
Appreciate any and all info!
The photo isn’t my Camaro, just a reference for the style of spoiler it is.

What kind of material is it made out of? I don't have one on my car either.

I believe it’s closed cell rubber from everything I read. It’s there to stop water from seeping in and through the mount holes into the trunk

Re: Spoiler hardware and insulation piece?

Anybody know what year Z28s (or Camaro in general) shared the same spoiler? Fairly new to third gens. It doesn’t show availability for that part for an 85 on GM parts direct. Wasn’t sure if later model spoilers were possibly shaped different or something and the part number above is for a vert.
