I hope this is the right section. My hatch motor stopped working. Don't worry, this won't be a "why does it not work" question. I took it apart to swap the motor and this little plastic thingy fell out from somewhere and I am not able to find the place where this belongs. I have only dealt with the 86-91 units and can rebuild them blind, but the 91-92 units are relatively new to me. Is someone able to help and point me in the right direction?

 

I"m looking at my illustration and parts disk that same exact one you posted and that part your showing is not from that 91-92 motor.I know you said it fell out of it but I wouldn't worry about it.It could have been something just stuck to it.I would show you but for some reason I can't post pics.I might be able to send it by email if you send me your email address by PM.

 

For all the guys who want to know what that little thingy is: It covers the contacts of the pulldown motor. I found out by disassembling another pulldown unit. Here is a pic where it belongs:
